High-performance lubricants and precision-engineered ball bearings are employed to ensure long-term operational stability, minimal friction, and reliable performance. The deployment of advanced automation enhances process consistency, dimensional accuracy, and overall production efficiency.
Functional Testing & Final Verification
Each finished product undergoes comprehensive testing, including torque verification, rotation torque, oscillation torque, and ball joint internal stiffness measurements. Critical interfaces, such as bushing press-fit within control arm housings, undergo 100% verification to confirm secure, permanent retention under dynamic and high-load conditions.

Through meticulous control of every stage—from material selection and component engineering to precision assembly and exhaustive final inspection—DLZ guarantees that all products leaving the facility meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and reliability in demanding automotive applications.
