Quality is the lifeblood of DLZ. From raw material sourcing to final product delivery, we enforce stringent quality control throughout the entire process. Every product undergoes precise testing at every stage to ensure that it performs reliably, even in the harshest environments.

Our state-of-the-art laboratory provides accurate testing for every product's performance, ensuring that each component meets international standards and exceeds customer expectations. DLZ has established independent product and material testing laboratories equipped with advanced testing equipment across various areas.

Material Composition Analysis

Testing & Inspection Capabilities

Elemental analysis, metallographic examination, and full material traceability.

Structural mechanics analysis of components, hardness testing, ball joint impact testing, and component torsional strength validation.

High-precision profilometry, vision measurement systems, 3D scanning for dimensional analysis, and basic machining dimension verification.

Salt spray testing, corrosion resistance testing, and coating thickness measurement.

Advanced Component Testing

Rubber and Elastic Component Testing

Dynamic stiffness, static stiffness, static compression rebound testing, bushing pull-out and push-out testing, single-channel torsional load durability testing, dual-channel offset load durability testing, and dust cover durability testing.

Performance Testing

Single and multi-channel combination fatigue testing for ball joints, control arms, and tie rods; load durability and wear testing for ball joints and tie rods. High-precision ball joint torque testing, oscillation torque, rotation torque, and axial and radial ball joint internal stiffness testing. Ball joint structural strength validation including pull-out force, push-out force, and ball stud static load testing. All testing complies with OEM PV/DV validation requirements.
